Yala is a chatbot that uses machine learning to understand customers and publish to multiple social networks at the optimal time. Yala calculates the right time to publish posts based on which and how many of the customer's audience members are on the social network. It also publishes asynchronously to multiple networks, solving the issues of multichannel hassle and nuanced timing. Yala works in Slack alongside the customer's team as a contact or messenger bot, enabling it to be called up anytime without having to sign into external apps or interfaces.
