Adisyn, a public company traded on the Australian Securities Exchange, has completed the acquisition of Israeli semiconductor company 2D Generation (2DG). This acquisition is seen as a significant step for Adisyn, as it brings innovative technology in the semiconductor field that could support the next generation of generative AI and large data centers. 2DGs technology focuses on producing graphene at low temperatures, which could revolutionize chip manufacturing. The acquisition was conducted after raising A$3 million, and 2DG shareholders will receive shares representing 50-66% in Adisyn. Arye Kohavi, founder of 2DG, will join Adisyns board of directors.
