The merger, valued at approximately $100 million, also includes OCV, which was acquired by MAT Holdings in 2018. The company has a strong international presence and employs around 600 people across multiple locations. MAT Holding has closed the acquisition of a majority stake in Israeli company ARI Optimal Flow Solutions, integrating its activity with subsidiary Dorot Control Valves. The joint valuation of the operation is over $100 million. This is MAT Holdings third acquisition in the fluid control and conduction sector, consolidating its position as a global benchmark. The new merged company, Dorot-ARI, has 570 employees and operates in micro irrigation industries, public hydraulic infrastructure, industrial fire protection networks, and other industrial applications. Dorot-ARI will become the main innovation center for MAT Holdings water-related businesses. MAT Holdings companies in the water field will exceed $200 million in turnover in 2020.
Acquisition
