Agri-Light develops a dynamic agri-voltaic algorithm model that optimizes solar radiation in accordance with the needs of agricultural crops, while maximizing electricity production. The Agri-Light control model allows for dynamic control of the shading level by changing the volumetric space and placement of the solar panels. Depending on the physiological needs of the crops, the system will automatically change the position of the solar panels, creating the appropriate conditions for maximum yield and crop protection.

According to the investment agreement, the company and other investors will invest between 0.8 to 2 million NIS in AgriLight in the first phase, in exchange for 10% of the companys shares. The exact investment amount will be determined according to the number of facilities approved by the Ministry of Energy and Agriculture.
