AGS Prices Initial Public Offering AGS Obsessed with the Game
PlayAGS, Inc. has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 10,250,000 shares of its common stock at an IPO price of $16.00 per share. The company expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $164.0 million from the offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol AGS on January 26, 2018. The offering is being made by Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Jefferies, Macquarie Capital, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Nomura, Stifel, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Roth Capital Partners, Union Gaming, The Williams Capital Group, L.P., and Apollo Global Securities. The offering is expected to close on January 30, 2018.

AGS Interactive to Launch Twinkie Game - GGB Magazine
AGS Interactive has signed an agreement with Hostess Brands to create an online slot game called Twinkie 7s. The game will be launched on AGS Lucky Play Casino social casino app for iOS. This partnership with Hostess Brands expands AGS library of social casino titles and opens up potential opportunities for future collaborations. The game features popular Hostess treats as bonus symbols, and earning a certain amount of these symbols triggers a Triple Wheel Bonus round. This launch follows AGS recent acquisition of RocketPlay, a developer of social casino titles. AGS plans to integrate land-based slot titles onto its Android platform and release an Android version of its recently launched app, Vegas Fever.
