PulseNmore, a home ultrasound company, has successfully completed an initial public offering in Tel Aviv. The companys first investment was made by Ragnar 1 Investments, a fund established by the owners of the Alpha hedge fund group. The fund invested a total of $14 million in PulseNmore, with Ragnars share standing at over 2% of the share capital. Ragnar 1 Investments targets companies that are up to a year and a half away from going public and have a clear profitability model. The goal of Ragnars investment is to increase the growth of these companies so they are more mature for an IPO.
