Altair Capital targets $200 million to launch third fund

Roman Abramovich investing in AltaIR fund
AltaIR, a venture capital firm, has received an investment from Millhouse LLC, owned by Roman Abramovich and his partners. The amount of the investment was not disclosed, but it is estimated to be up to one third of AltaIRs fund. AltaIR Capital raises $30m for Israel investment
