Anaplan Buys Predictive Analytics Startup Mintigo

Anaplan, Inc. has agreed to acquire Mintigo Inc., an Israeli predictive analytics company. The deal is valued at tens of millions of dollars. Mintigo develops an online predictive analytics platform that helps identify the items a specific customer is most likely to buy. Mintigo has raised $51 million in equity funding to date, including a $7 million round in March. The company has received backing from several venture capital firms including Glilot Capital Partners, JAL Ventures Ltd, Sequoia Capital Israel, Maverick Ventures Israel, Adams Street Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, Giza Venture Capital, and La Maison Investments.
