Investment firm AP Partners, founded four years ago by Shmuel Walodinger, is planning to raise a second fund of $150-200 million. The new fund is based on the success of its investment in candy manufacturer Top Gem, which it issued in Tel Aviv last July. The first fund raised $100 million in March 2018. The new fund has begun raising in recent weeks among institutional and private bodies. The first fund was established four years ago, in March 2018, when it raised $100 million, and invested in Altschuler Shaham, Avi Shnor, Yelin Lapidot, Arkin Holdings of Mori and Nir Arkin and Discount Capital.
