The company has developed PharmAssist, a chatbot-based system that supports customers in the online purchase of Over-the-Counter (OTC) drugs. PharmAssist is a digital online platform that allows consumers to learn more about their condition, check for allergies, and purchase the appropriate OTC product. The platform covers more than 600 OTC drugs and complimentary products. Apowisers offering has proven to be an essential tool for consumers and pharmacies, with Super-Pharm already using PharmAssist and seeing increased conversion rates. Longliv Ventures is a member of CK Hutchinson Holdings Limited.
