Game Monetization Company AppLovin Acquires Israeli SDK Management Startup SafeDK
AppLovin Corp. has acquired SafeDK Mobile Ltd., a software development kit (SDK) management startup. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it was higher than the $6 million raised by SafeDK prior to the acquisition. AppLovin plans to set up a development center in Israel and will work with SafeDKs team to develop a brand protection tool for mobile apps.
