Microsoft Israel, in partnership with Arcademy, has launched a project called Build Israel which invites Israeli students to participate in building Israel in the popular game Minecraft. The project will be available until November 28, where students from all over the country are invited to enter a unified domain where they will build prominent sites in Israel. Each day a new building challenge related to Israel will be posted, for example, the flag of Israel, a rainbow in the cloud, famous buildings and more prominent places in the country.

Microsoft and Israeli startup Arcademy have partnered for the Build Israel project, inviting Israeli students to participate in building Israel within the popular game Minecraft. Elinor Schops, business consultant at gaming company ZAG Studios, discussed a recent survey conducted by their organization which found that women make up only 10% of R&D positions in the industry. The panelists discussed the need for more proactive measures to increase representation and diversity in the industry.
