Ludan Engineering Buys Ardan Control Tech

Ludan Engineering has acquired control of Ardan Control Tech, a private company with an annual turnover of approximately $17 million. The acquisition was made through a subsidiary of Ludan Tech Inc. and will take place in two phases. Ludan acquired 51% of the shares for 5.8 million Shekels ($1.6 million) and will acquire the remaining shares after three years. Ludan intends to consolidate and market Ardens capabilities in foreign markets.
