Sorting through garbage for gold
Arrow Ecology, an Israeli company, has developed a revolutionary waste treatment system that sorts solid waste, salvages recyclables, and converts the rest into biogas and compost. The system can handle any proportion of organic-to-inorganic waste and has been successfully implemented in various locations around the world. The company is looking to generate interest in its system at a trade event in Tel Aviv. Arrow Ecology has secured contracts and funding from British and Israeli investors and is now seeking $10 million in a second financing round. The company has also won contracts for projects in Slovenia and Civitavecchia, and is under consideration for a contract with the Los Angeles municipality.
