ASTRA Overview

ASTRA, a Space Tech focused Accelerator program powered by Starburst (the world’s first and only global aviation and space accelerator) and run in collaboration with IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries, Israel’s space tech leader) to advance space technology and inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs here in Israel. By launching next-generation space technology ventures, ASTRA will transform Israel from a startup nation to a spacetech nation. This early-stage accelerator is designed to support startups in several verticals with space technologies applications. The program creates an innovation hub nurtured by key players in the industry, both locally and globally. The selected startups in the program will have the opportunity to engage with Starburst and its partners to form deliverable commercial benefits as well as invaluable connections that contribute to their growth and advancement. ASTRA is calling innovators and entrepreneurs to take part in this exciting venture that will progress human exploration into the heavens. Successful candidates await support with regard to fundraising, business development, help with securing proof-of-concept, commercialization strategy, product-market fit, coaching, mentoring, and much more!

Starburst announced the launch of its 2nd cohort for ASTRA - Starburst

Starburst announces ASTRA accelerator to power next-generation of space tech startups CTech

Israeli aerospace accelerator, Starburst Aerospace, has launched its first cohort called ASTRA, focused on startups developing innovative technologies for space applications. The three selected startups are Tehiru Technologies, CrystalEn Semiconductor, and CSpace. The startups will receive technical support, fundraising assistance, mentoring, and a bootcamp to prepare for their Seed round. The program aims to transform Israel into the Spacetech Nation by supporting early-stage startups in turning their technology into market-ready products.
