אוגווינד has announced that it has exercised its right to directly contract with Spa Italia Sibelco for the sale of a system for a financial amount of 210,000 euros. The system, which will include one storage tank, will be installed at a Sibelco factory in northwest Italy for the purpose of improving the factorys energy efficiency. The consideration will be paid in six equal payments of 35,000 euros each, the first at the time of signing the sales agreement with Sibelco and then five equal annual payments. Sibelco will provide the company with bank guarantees totaling 185,000 euros.
