Avaya acquires Israeli start-up ITNavigator

Avaya buys Radvision for $230m

Video conferencing solutions developer Radvision Ltd. has been acquired by Avaya plc for $230 million. The acquisition is seen as a growth-positive move for Radvision. The merger agreement states that Avaya will pay $11.85 per share, reflecting a 57% premium over Radvisions average closing share price for the past 90 trading days. The integrated Avaya and Radvision portfolios will extend video communications and support the bring-your-own-device (BYOD) trend.
