Former Canadian PM promotes Israel investments

Former Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper has been appointed president of the advisory committee of Awz Ventures, a venture capital fund that specialises in Israeli security and intelligence startups. The fund, which manages $100m in assets, has invested in 12 companies to date.
