In 2013, TTI Inc, awholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, announced the acquisition of Ray-Q Interconnect. Ray-Q and Net-Aye merged into a single company in January 2015 under the name TTI Ray-Q.Berkshire Hathaway also purchased an 80% stake in Iscarin 2006 and the remaining 20% in 2013.

Warren Buffett invests in Israeli co eVolution Networks

Israeli energy savings solutions company eVolution Networks has raised $22.5 million from Berkshire Hathaway and GE Ventures. With the funding, eVolution Networks plans to expand its worldwide presence and promote its solutions to new industries. The companys Smart Energy Solution, which analyzes mobile network traffic needs and adjusts resource usage based on real-time demand, has been deployed by Tier-1 operators and has proven to save millions of dollars annually on energy bills. The funding will be used to capitalize on this potential and establish eVolution Networks as an industry standard.

Warren Buffet buys Ray-Q

US-based electronic components distributor TTI, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, has acquired Israeli electronics company Ray-Q Interconnect. The acquisition will enhance TTIs value activities in the design and implementation of interconnect systems. Ray-Q provides electrical interconnect solutions to military, aerospace, and high-reliability product industries. The acquisition is subject to approval from Israeli regulatory authorities. This is Berkshire Hathaways third acquisition of an Israeli company.
