BeyondTrust acquiring permissions management startup Entitle for $100-150 million | CTech
BeyondTrust, an American cybersecurity company, has announced the acquisition of Israeli startup Entitle. The deal, which is estimated to be worth between $100-150 million, was made in cash and stock, although the exact value was not disclosed. Entitle, which was founded in 2021, has developed a privilege management solution that manages and automates just-in-time access and identity governance across the cloud. The company raised a $15 million seed round in February 2021, led by Glilot Capital Partners. Following the acquisition, all 30 Entitle employees will retain their roles and receive improved conditions.
