BGProtect Overview
BGProtect helps protect nations, government agencies, and large organizations from IP hijackings. The company can identify all types of IP hijacking attacks regardless of the technique being used, including data-plane hijacking (e.g. changing the routing table). BGProtect has installed hundreds of software agents in machines worldwide to actively monitor client-directed routes, without any privacy or confidentiality issues. The information gathered from each agent is analyzed using a proprietary big-data analytics engine with custom anomaly-detection algorithms. Once an attack is identified, a warning is sent to customers and corrective actions can be taken.

Israeli companies are going to set up a Latin American cyber-defense center
Israel Aerospace Industry (IAI) and a group of Israeli companies have won a deal worth tens of millions of dollars to establish a national cyber centre in an unnamed Latin American country. The group will provide risk evaluation, establish a monitor and defence centre against cyber-attacks, create an information-sharing infrastructure, and develop a cyber-training program. The project will be overseen by IAI unit Elta Systems and joined by Check Point Software Technologies, CyberArk, Verint, Bynet, ECI, CyberX, ClearSky, BGProtect, and Safebreach. The deal reflects the growing demand by countries to protect themselves with a holistic cyber infrastructure.
