Fintech startup Bizi raises $7.5 million Seed funding to offer SMBs credit lines
Fintech company Bizi has raised $7.5 million in Seed funding led by BlueVine. Bizi plans to use the funding to develop its product and enter the Israeli market, providing credit for businesses through an instant and digital platform. The company will offer credit lines of up to NIS 500,000 for businesses with up to 20 employees and up to NIS 20 million in revenue. Bizi is an independent company but will utilize BlueVines technology. The funding round also included participation from Israeli insurance company Phoenix and non-banking credit provider Orshay. Bizi was founded by Ido Lustig, who previously worked at BlueVine and PayPal. Saar Zachrish has been appointed as COO.
