BoardMaps is a software solution designed to automate corporate management procedures in order to increase meetings efficiency. The system provides electronic portfolio for meetings, remote participation in meetings with online access, legally binding voting and secured correspondence and communication. BoardMaps supports you throughout the process of organizing a meeting from setting its agenda and inviting participants to approving meeting minutes and assigning action items. BoardMaps application can be used via iPad, Android tablet or a web-browser.
