The new space follows the design language of the global brands spaces and exists as a unique gem in the heart of the emerging business district. The boutique floor is designed to recall the unique sights, memories, and scents of the Israeli market. It is divided into 6 different units and features open space workstations, a manager room, a conference room, and a kitchenette. The materials used in the project correspond with the brands design motif, including recycled red bricks, iron nets, oak parquet floor, colored tiles, wooden beams, and more.

Polish Coworking Company Brain Embassy Opens First Israeli Location
Polish coworking company Brain Embassy has opened its first location in Israel, spanning four floors and 4,000 square meters at the Adgar 360 building in Tel Aviv. The company plans to open a second location in Rosh HaAyin by the end of 2020. The Adgar 360 building and Brain Embassy are both owned by Adgar Investment & Development Ltd. The new coworking space will include 450 workstations, private offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, fitness studios, and an event space. Fords local research center has already moved into the space.
