BUM is a medical device company that develops a new way to orthopedic treatment for back and knee pains - with NO SIDE EFFECTS!. BUM mission is to provide orthopedic care with non-surgical approaches. Its new treatment causes a radical change of the patient posture to be more erect and by this reducing the pressure on back bone vertebrae and Knee, and so reducing the pain. The technology is a combination of mechanics, electronics, pneumatic and software causing two pedals reacting to the feet power on them in differentially manner. The company's device is patented in Israel and the USA and has been approved by Prof Meir Libergal - Head of the orthopedic branch all over Hadassah hospital conglomerate.
