Fintech startup CapStack has raised $6 million in pre-Seed funding to facilitate collaborations between banks and other financial institutions in the US. The integrated operating system for banks aims to provide visibility into each others portfolios and foster cooperation, enabling asset diversification and enhanced profitability. The funding round, which took place in March, was led by Fin Capital and included participation from several venture capital firms. CapStack was founded in March by CEO Michal Cieplinski and CTO Tzvika Perelmuter, and it has already secured agreements with over 60 different banks in the US to join its platform.
