The agreement will allow B.O.S. to represent and integrate RFKeepers platform in Israel. B.O.S. anticipates that retailers will increasingly adopt the Smart Store model, and RFKeepers platform offers real-time item-level control and visibility at the Point of Sale. B.O.S. also mentions its recent acquisition of the assets of Imdecol Ltd. and its plans to target investments in Smart Factories. The company continues to evaluate opportunities for expansion through complementary acquisitions.
