In parallel, Din Marketing is in negotiations to acquire Tnuva HaSadeh for 110-120 million NIS. The acquisition of Cham Food Products expands Din Marketings operations in the food industry. The company plans to lease the acquired factory for eight years, with an option to extend. Din Marketing is also involved in the split of IT services company Emblaze into two separate companies. Hyper Global, the newly formed company, will go public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, while the classic IT operations will remain with Emblaze.
