CityShob Introduces First of its Kind Smart City Project in Mexico

CityShob, a smart city enabler company, has announced the launch of a smart city project in Guadalajara, Mexico. The project, called Urban Shield C5, includes an operation center connected to 600 cameras installed throughout the city. The center will be fully operational by November-December and will be part of CityShobs first phase in the region. By September 2018, CityShob plans to build a central compound in El Palomar with the capacity to operate 6000 cameras and 2500 sensors. The cameras and sensors will have advanced features such as facial recognition and license plate detection. The project aims to enhance security and optimize resources in the city. CityShob will showcase its products at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona in November 2017.
