Cligal is an application designed to assist lawyers in performing administrative legal tasks, such as preparing legal documents for submission to courts or arbitrators, redacting sensitive or confidential information from documents, enabling speedy execution of legal documents by the client or third parties, creating eBinders following equity financing or M&A closings, and others. Cligal also includes PDF tools to help users streamline their day-to-day tasks. These tools enable the editing of all relevant types of files by merging, splitting, sorting, compressing, rotating, adding watermarks, and more. Cligal is used by more than 100 leading law firms in Israel.
