New digital platform seeks to connect region's business with climate opportunities

Climatech MEA, a digital platform launched by two Israeli lawyers, aims to promote regional cross-border collaborations in the Middle East and Africa related to climate change, energy, water, and food security. The platform will provide information on news, insights, research, projects, tenders, competitions, events, and funding opportunities. It will also connect service providers with companies and projects. The founders believe that the COVID-19 pandemic has made it easier to connect people online and create trust and personal relationships. The platform has already partnered with UNIDO, the United Nations agency for sustainable industrial and economic development.
