ClimateCrop Overview

ClimateCrop uses gene editing technology to enable crops and trees to store more carbon and energy, thereby producing higher yields in the form of biomass or fruits, such as seeds and tubers. ClimateCrops technology is designed to increase the grain supply from agronomic crops to meet increasing food demand, increase productivity in facility agriculture for the same or lower economic input, and increase the output of industrial plants (fiber crops and trees) while also raising the crops carbon sequestration rates.
