Israeli start-up Apply Design creates virtual interior designs with AI
Israeli start-up Apply Design has raised $3.3 million in a seed funding round led by Urban Innovation Fund, Cathexis Ventures, Goodwater Capital, and Y Combinator, among others. The funds will be used to expand the team and develop more products for its platform, which uses AI and machine learning to create virtual interior designs for empty property images. The companys technology has been used to create over 100,000 images for more than 10,000 properties in 25 countries, by realtors from top real estate franchises including Keller Williams and Re/Max.

Y Combinator alumni want to help furnish apartments but without moving a single piece of furniture
Israeli startup Apply Design has developed a platform that enables the creation of real estate ads by using 3D simulation of apartments. The platform allows users to furnish all rooms of a house in order to display the apartment in the ad. Apply Design has secured seed funding of around $3.3 million, led by Urban Innovation, Cathexis Ventures, Goodwater Capital, and Y Combinator. The startup has over 100,000 images of properties created using its platform and has about 750 paying customers, including real estate agencies from 25 different countries.
