Apex Israel is set to acquire a controlling stake in software company Comax. The fund, managed by Zehavit Cohen, is expected to acquire 55% of the business software developer at a valuation of 140-150 million shekels. Comax founders, CEO Moti Frankel and his partner Yitzhak Bir, whose shares will be purchased, are expected to meet with 77-82 million shekels. Comax operates in the ERP field, providing comprehensive computing systems that encompass all the logistical and financial activities of an organization under one computing system. The company provides management solutions, mainly for food and retail chains.
