Cross River Israel develops technological infrastructures within the fintech industry. Providing real-time solutions for various financial services, including payments, credit cards, and loans. We have 900 employees, 180 of whom are based in the R&D center at the Jerusalem offices. Cross River strives to cultivate a work environment that fosters equal opportunities and fairness, beginning with our diverse human capital. Currently, women occupy approximately 43% of the total technological positions within our development center, with some even leading teams. We take pride in having more female directors for software development than male directors. Looking forward, Cross River plans to expand its workforce and continue driving global innovation in financial technology originating from Israel. As we grow, we will continue to lead social initiatives in investing in health, education, and community involvement.

Cross River's Israeli Software Developer Opens Jerusalem Offices

Cross River Bank Inc.s Israeli software developer, Brix Software Ltd., is relocating to a new headquarters in Jerusalems Har Hotzvim industry park. Brix developed the risk management algorithms that underpin Cross Rivers marketplace lending and payment processing arenas. Brix has also opened a customer support department for Cross River. This follows Cross Rivers announcement in December that it had completed a $100 million fundraising round.
