Cosmetics and toiletries are manufactured by a subsidiaryunder licensing agreements. Agrica, the company's agricultural division, is involved in the import, registration, marketing, and distribution of plant protection agents, seeds, and fertilizers. The division serves as the local representative for agricultural multinationals such as Syngenta, BASF, Valent (Sumitomo), and Nufarm. The company's veterinary division, Animal Care, represents international pet food brands such as Doane Pet Care, Continental Nutrition, Versa Lega, Chenango Valley Pet Foods Inc, and Dr Alders. These international companies rely on Animal Care to undertake all import, registration, marketing, and distribution activities for them.

Fortissimo buys control of pharmaceutical co CTS

Israeli private equity firm Fortissimo Capital has acquired an 80% stake in Israeli pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company CTS Group for NIS 150 million. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on the growth of CTS Group. Fortissimo Capital plans to invest in the company and expand its activities through organic growth and additional acquisitions in CTSs areas of activities and interfacing industries. This is Fortissimo Capitals seventh investment in the healthcare field.
