US-based Delinea, a provider of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, has acquired Israeli startup Authomize. Authomize has developed a platform that detects and eliminates identity-based threats across the cloud. The deals value was not disclosed but is estimated to be in the tens of millions of dollars. Authomizes 38 employees will join Delinea and form the base of its R&D center in Israel, which Delinea plans to expand. Authomize was founded in 2019 and has raised $28 million to date.
