Uri Levine has teamed with former Hanaco Ventures partner Pasha Romanovski to invest in Israeli growth stage companies.
Uri Levine, cofounder of Waze, and Pasha Romanovski, a former partner at Hanaco Ventures, are establishing a new $40 million venture capital fund named Double Down. The fund aims to invest in Israeli growth-stage companies that have reached significant revenue milestones. Double Down has already raised approximately $20 million and plans to launch operations by the end of 2025. The fund will focus on supporting existing portfolio companies rather than investing in new ones. Targeted investments include companies like Pontera, Oversee, WeSki, Cahun Medical, Citrii, Dynamo, and Pumba. Levine and Romanovski are seeking investments from private investors and wealthy families in Europe, the US, and South America.
