dWallet labs identify a loss of about $500 million in Tron accounts
A vulnerability in Trons multisignature accounts has been discovered, putting over $500 million of digital assets at risk. The vulnerability allows an attacker to break the multisignature mechanism and sign transactions with a single signature. The research team at dWallet Labs found the vulnerability and disclosed it, but Tron has not provided any further comments on the issue. Multisignature wallets require multiple signers to approve transactions and move funds, providing added security in the creation of joint accounts in the crypto space.

Decentralized Wallet Developer Odsy Network Raises $7.5M at $250M Valuation
Odsy Network, a layer 1 blockchain, has raised $7.5 million to fund the development of decentralized crypto wallets. The funding round, which valued the firm at $250 million, was led by Blockchange Ventures and included participation from Rubik Ventures, Node Capital, and FalconX. The Odsy Foundation, based in Zug, Switzerland, is working to promote the networks adoption and aims to decentralize access control in Web3. This would eliminate the need for users to have multiple wallets to access different networks and applications, thereby removing a barrier to wider adoption.
