Samsung Biologics has installed Elspecs voltage stabilization systems in its pharmaceutical factory in Songdo, South Korea. The Medium Voltage Equalizer system stabilizes intermediate voltages in real-time, preventing power fluctuations and equipment damage. The factory, considered the worlds largest pharmaceutical plant, has a production capacity of 360,000 liters. The installation of the new system improves the quality of electricity and helps avoid penalties for power fluctuations. Samsung Biologics customers include electricity and renewable energy companies, car manufacturing plants, and sensitive locations like hospitals and data centers. The companys revenue from this sector in 2021 amounted to 35 million shekels.
