In June 2010, Enlight merged into Sahar Investments Ltd., a public subsidiary of Eurocom Communications Ltd. and has become the renewable energy arm of Eurocom Group, one of the largest holding companies in Israel. This merger established Enlight as one of the most prominent companies in the renewable energy market in the country.
