Esko-Graphics BV is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. Esko's products empower teams to support and manage the packaging design and print processes for brand owners, retailers, pre-media and trade shops, manufacturers, and converters. AVT, an Israeli company specializing in visual inspection, was acquired by Danaher in 2017. Following this, a merger involving AVT led to the formation of Ekso Israel, under the umbrella of Danaher and in association with Esko, to advance the digitization of the packaging value chain.

Esko and AVT announce merger - PrintAction
Esko and AVT Inspection Systems Inc. have announced their merger, aiming to provide simplicity and extended connectivity for their customers by incorporating automated quality inspection into the connected packaging and labelling value chains. The merger will allow customers to communicate and measure print quality and colour from end-to-end on a global basis. The companies have already released AutoSet, a digital link between Automation Engine, the Esko packaging prepress workflow server, and the AVT 100 per cent print inspection solutions.
