Espro Information Technologies Ltd has announced the acquisition of Acoustiguide Corporation, a worldwide audio guiding business. The total consideration for the acquisition is $3.6 million. Espro expects to secure funding from existing shareholders and new investors. The acquisition will make Espro the worlds largest stockmarket quoted company in the audio guiding market. Acoustiguide has a client list that includes major museums and tourist attractions. The enlarged group will have combined revenues of $14 million.
