Estar Medical: Regenlab is in Breach of UK Court Orders Following Revocation of its PRP Patent BioSpace

Regenlab failed to pay legal costs resulting from two orders made by the UK High Court. Estar Medical won the legal dispute and was awarded extensive legal costs after the Regenlab PRP patent was revoked. Regenlab claims it is unable to pay the costs due to limited cashflow. The decision of the UK High Court is in line with the decision of the European Patent Office and the Federal Court in New York, where Regenlab also lost against Estar Medical. Estar Medical is a leading innovator of medical devices in the biologics, cell therapy, and platelet-rich plasma fields.
