UltraCharge obtains evolutionary LIB Cathode IP

UltraCharge Limited has successfully acquired new cathode intellectual property from Israeli company ETV Energy Limited. The acquisition will complement UltraCharges existing lithium ion battery technology and open up new market opportunities in power bikes and aviation solutions. The new IP assets have been valued between US$100-500 million each. UltraCharge CEO, Kobi Ben-Shabat, expressed excitement about the additional market opportunities and the inclusion of the high voltage cathode in the companys battery IP portfolio. The conditional acquisition will cost US$200,000 and up to 90 million shares, with revenues expected within the next 18-24 months.
