Medigus: Eventer Targets the Multi-billion Dollar Virtual Conference Market
Medigus Ltds subsidiary, Eventer Technologies Ltd., has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Screenz Cross Media Ltd. to adopt its technology for virtual conferences. The agreement will allow Eventer to host and broadcast virtual conferences with interactive features. The virtual events market is predicted to have high scalability due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Eventer plans to offer innovative solutions in this growing market. As part of the agreement, Eventer will pay Screenz a total sum of $1,500,000. The adaptation of the Screenz technology is expected to be completed in the second half of 2021.

Medigus to Acquire Control of Automated Online & Offline Ticketing Platform Company Eventer
Medigus Ltd has announced the signing of a share purchase agreement and revolving loan agreement with Eventer Technologies Ltd. Medigus will invest up to $1,000,000 in Eventer and loan up to an additional amount of $1,250,000. Upon closing, Medigus will hold 50.1% of Eventers share capital. Eventer is a company engaged in providing interactive automated online & offline enterprise ticketing and events platform. Medigus believes that it has invested in an effort to further promote Eventer’s penetration to expand to target markets located primarily in North America.
