NYCBS, which operates value-based care initiatives with over 10,000 enrolled patients, will use the Canopy platform to enhance the effectiveness of its programs. The platform will help in identifying and prioritising patients in need of assistance, resolving issues remotely, and creating new reimbursement possibilities. NYCBS will also integrate Canopy’s electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) system for remote symptom monitoring.
