The funds will be used to support the initial stage of its open testnet, Helium, which will allow developers to deploy smart contracts to the Fhenix network for the first time. Fhenix is the first blockchain to integrate fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), a form of cryptography that allows data to be computed blindly without needing to be decrypted. The company recently announced a technical partnership with EigenLayer for the development of FHE Coprocessors.
