Gainsights product helps companies touch customers effectively, track customer health consistently and transform the way the company orients around the customer. Gainsight Israel was formed after the acquisition of Aptrinsic in 2018. In 2019 Gainsight launched Gainsight PX, an easy, powerful, and complete Product Experience Platform, built on Aptrinsic's product. Gainsight PX addresses the common challenges product leaders face by helping them make data-driven decisions, engage users directly within the product, and demonstrate the business impact of their investments.

Customer Success Company Gainsight Acquires Aptrinsic

Gainsight Inc. has acquired Aptrinsic Inc., a startup based in San Francisco and Tel Aviv. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Aptrinsic enables customers to derive actionable insights from product trends and usage analytics. Gainsight Inc. is a U.S.-based customer success company. Aptrinsic had previously raised a $7.2 million series A funding round led by Opus Capital and Storm Ventures.
