Israeli startup Rise.ai partners with Google to help businesses offer digital gift cards
Google has partnered with Rise.ai to offer digital gift cards through Google My Business, aiming to help small and medium businesses survive the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Rise.ais integration with Google allows businesses to add a Buy Gift Card link on their Google business page. Small businesses with an existing e-commerce presence were twice as likely to have paused operations during the pandemic, while those that adopted e-commerce solutions before the crisis were 5.5 times more likely to increase their revenue in 2020. Rise.ai was previously selected to integrate its gift card solution on Facebook and Instagram platforms. The partnership is currently available in multiple countries.

Facebook selects Israeli co Rise.ai for gift card initiative
Israeli AI customer re-engagement solutions developer Rise.ai has been selected by Facebook to make its gift cards available for purchase. This new feature will let small and medium businesses and enterprises (SMBs) sell digital gift cards to their local community through Facebook and Instagram using the customers’ geo-location. Rise.ai has helped merchants generate $150 million in revenue and handled more than $1 billion in store credit in 2019. The company serves more than 3,500 digital stores, over 80% of them in North America. Rise.ai is active in more than 50 countries.
